The thermal suites are designed to enhance and greatly improve the effect of your hands on therapy. Each thermal suite varies in degrees of heat and each one provides a unique heat treatment experience.
Aroma Steam Room
Bath in moist temperatures of 45-48 degrees. Pine and cypress are used to open the lungs and pores, improve breathing, increase blood circulation and relax the muscles.
Finnish Sauna
Dry heat 85-95 degrees. Designed to have a purifying effect on the body aiding detoxification.
Caldarium
Gentle radiant moist heat experience, with temperatures of 37-45 degrees. This is a gentle revitalising experience which strengthens the immune system and improves general health. Please consult a member of our spa team, prior to using the thermal suite.
